Renovated house on the waterfront, in the heart of a wild and preserved environment. Former fishermen's hut. Enjoy a soothing view of the pond, direct access to the water's edge (swimming allowed), a brazier area under the pines and a large outdoor table to share meals facing the sunset. A unique place to slow down, watch the flamingos wake up, nature and live the adventure!

The house has a bright living room with a bird's-eye view of the pond, as if suspended above the water, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table to share meals with family or friends. Here, everything is thought out and optimized to immediately feel like you're on vacation. You can enjoy outdoor spaces facing the pond to take full advantage of the natural setting.

The house has 3 bedrooms:
• two bedrooms with Queen Size double bed, one of which has a view of the pond;
• a bedroom with a double bunk bed and a single bed, also with a view of the pond.

Bed linen, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided for a serene arrival.

From June 22nd, the rooms will be equipped with blackout blinds for even more comfortable nights.

This former fishermen's hut makes it easy to discover the most beautiful landscapes of the Mediterranean coast. You will be only 5 minutes from the African Reserve of Sigean, 10 minutes from the beaches of Port-la-Nouvelle and close to the sailing school of Port Mahon: sailing, paddle, kayak. The house is located close to the most beautiful hiking and mountain biking. The coastline, the oyster farming villages, the salt marshes and the sunsets over the pond offer a unique setting for a holiday between disconnection, water activities and discovery of the region.
