Haus Am Burghain

Stan is such a kind and lovely guy! On the hottest day ever recorded in Germany, we were welcomed with cold drinks, beers, snacks etc. We will definitely stop on the next trip to Europe to enjoy the coffee in the garden. I wish all hosts could match Stan's attitude. Cleanliness of the facility is top-notch. There is a choice of kitchenette and also a full-size kitchen available for guests. Despite multiple coffee machines available, Stan served us with self-made coffee in the garden. This stay will be a benchmark for all future stays ;)

Nothing negative to say, we will miss this kind of hospitality.

Sehr netter Vermieter, saubere Zimmer mit Boxspringbett., Eine Küche konnte genutzt werden, Kaffee und Gebäck stand zur Verfügung. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Nichts zu beanstanden.

Alles Gut, gerne wieder. Wir konnten leider nicht länger bleiben, deshalb nur eine Nacht; ansonsten wäre es auch ein langes Wochenende geworden. Netter Kontakt, alles wie beschrieben.

Fällt mir auf die Schnelle gar nichts ein...

The town is nice and there's a quaint little Greek restaurant two houses down.

The beds were very squeaky, even for my daughter who is in excellent physical shape. Every time we moved, our beds squeaked loudly. The toilet ran for about 15 minutes after every flush (yes, even after we reported) and the noise in the hallways travels into the rooms easily, so loud neighbors are really disruptive. In addition, the room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures, including only one chair for sitting for the both of us, no balcony access, and no tv.
