Limnaria Gardens Resort is an award-winning resort and is without a doubt one of the best located resorts in Paphos. The resort has beautiful lush landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk in' pool with large integral Jacuzzi and a children's pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing on the secluded sun terraces, and poolside showers and toilets.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can easily be accessed with the lift or stairs. The apartment has a West facing balcony, good sized living/dining area and a double bedroom.
This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is located only a few hundred meters from all amenities and only a short walk to the lovely sandy beach. Paphos Harbor is only a 10 minute walk from Limnaria Gardens.
NOTE: The swimming pool(s) will be closed from November until the end of March or when no lifeguard is present. Swimming at night is strictly prohibited!

Great stay in a a 1 bedroom apartment with my 11 year old daughter. The apartment had all the right amenities and excellent location near the harbour. The host was great at answering any questions before and after our trip and solving any issues straight away, thank you. Plenty of parking outside and life guard on site daily until 6pm.

Excellent location and lovely complex with clean pool and well kept gardens, however, what a let down when we entered the property. Fixtures and fittings are shabby and the apartment needed a really good clean. Only 1/2 a toilet roll in the bathroom, sink, bath and toilet were absolutely disgusting. Tables not wiped, oven filthy, air conditioning needs to be serviced and safe doesn't lock properly. Such a shame as with more attention to detail on the cleaning front and an upgrade, this could be a cracking little apartment. Sorry, we will not be coming back to this one.
