About this villa rental
Villa Zen has excellent location and a truly ‘’zen’’ feeling. Near to 3000 years old town Pula but in small peaceful village you can relax. Beside perfectly equipped villa everything you need to enjoy your holiday is near the villa. You can rent a boat, wind surf, scooter, jet ski, take a bike ride in beautiful Cape Kamenjak – natural park, visit city of Pula, visit Brijuni national park, clif dive (if you have courage), enjoy perfect beach bars, walk through beautiful Marina veruda, visit roman Amphiteater, visit Pula film festival, attend numerous different concerts. True holiday.
Villa Zen, located on the top of a small hill in a lovely peaceful village overlooking the see, is remarkably luxurious, of a modern contemporary design, fully furnished and decorated with lots of love and passion for each detail, so that even the most demanding guests will be thrilled by both its interior and exterior.
The elegant design, emphasized by large windows, offers lots of natural lightning so, thanks to them, the villa is very bright and airy.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with a large modern fire place creating a worm and welcoming feeling.
Connected to the living area there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen together with a dining area.
On the other side on of the ground floor there is a sauna, a fitness room with built in shower and a bathroom.
Four cozy, comfortable and spacious bedrooms with balconies, all with double beds, are located on the upper floor. Three of them have their own private bathroom.
The outdoor area is offering an extra comfort and luxury. There is a lot of relaxation space equipped with the large pool surrounded by numerous sun loungers, an outdoor jacuzzi adding extra pleasure to your holiday, an outdoor eating area, a summer kitchen with gas BBQ, a table tennis area, a billiard area and a huge green grass area.
Villa Zen, with all its facilities satisfies all one's desires for a happy, remarkable vacation.

Fantastic Holiday Home We had an absolutely wonderful holiday in this beautiful vacation home. The house was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were two families traveling together with teenage children aged 16–20, and the house suited us perfectly – plenty of space and comfort for both relaxation and quality time together.The location was ideal – within walking distance to the beach and bay in Pješcana Uvala, and just a short drive to Pula, where we found great restaurants, shopping, and cultural sights. There were also lots of nearby activities that suited both us adults and the teenagers – from beach bars and water sports to sightseeing and local attractions.A special thanks goes to Bojan, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He provided us with excellent tips and links to great restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, and local activities, which made everything easy and enjoyable.Both the house and Bojan deserve 5 big stars from us – and our highest recommendations!

We can’t criticise the villa at all. One of the very best we’ve stayed in and we’ve been doing villa holidays in Europe & USA for decades.
Borjan (the owner) was attentive, informative and knowledgeable without being intrusive. The perfect balance.
