16 Bolt Head was the best accommodation in Devon we have experienced in over a year of travelling the South Coast area.
Location to South Sands beach and the Bolt Head trail is exceptional. Home comforts were all available and the unit was superbly supplied. The rooms are well sized and the beds comfy. We really felt at home.
Nothing wrong with the property at all. Parking allocated to the unit is not fit for purpose so some exception has to be made to park elsewhere.

lovely place, ensure you can walk as steep hill and all go in one car

lots of dirt and dust not a spare parking place in sight. was advised there are unmarked bays but they were all numbered

A real shame - left after 4 days
The location is good.
We left after four days; cleanliness was not up to scratch. Still waiting for a manager to call me from the management company.
