Lovely location and very convenient for the beach and the coastal path.
The parking space is very awkward due to the sloping ground. Fortunately there were other spaces available at the time so this wasn’t a problem.

The property is well positioned in the complex, has good sized bedrooms, and bathrooms, and the amenities are excellent. Access to the South Beach is superb as well as the location at the trail head of the Bolt Head trail.
Everything is as a holiday home at the coast should be. Nothing that is an issue. The downlighters over the dining table could do with some maintenance.

The property was light and airy, it has been decorated beautifully. It has everything you need for a stay and the kitchen is well equipped. The views from the house are stunning. The local beach is stunning with a local cafe running throughout the day and North Sands is a short walk or a couple of minutes drive.
The parking space for the property is on a camber and is tricky to get in and out of with a larger car. The road up was steep and I’m not sure I’d want to navigate it in the winter.
