Radisson Hotel Szklarska Poręba

An amazing place for family stay in the mountains. Close to many local attractions, but far enough from the town's loud tourist areas. Enough space on parking. Good spa facilities - a swimming pool, saunas - enough space to not feel the crowd. Hotel's restaurant was also quite good. Rooms are spacious, we had a beautiful view over the mountains. Also, they do activities for children in Kids Club every day, which is great if you travel with kids - 2 hours in the evening they were taking care of the kids.

Not much to mention here. Maybe adding a bit more privacy to their 16+ saunas zone would be good, so that the kids in the lockers area do not occasionally see fully naked adults throught the transparent glass door.

Good value for money, a little far off the slope for skiing, but comfortable with bus service.

Super comfortable bed and nice view to the mountains. Very clean apartment and wellness part. Friendly staff.

Failure to accommodate a basic allergy request – twice. On two consecutive mornings, I requested oatmeal cooked with water instead of milk for my young child, who has a diagnosed milk allergy. Both requests were refused without a clear reason. This is a basic, low-effort adjustment that any high-standard hotel kitchen should be able to make, especially when it directly affects a guest’s health. Refusing such a request is unacceptable. Poor hygiene in the children’s playroom. The carpet was visibly dirty with debris, adults were entering with outdoor shoes, and surfaces such as the table and slide were dusty. There was no staff presence to clean or supervise the area. This is particularly concerning as the space is intended for very young children, many of whom spend their time crawling or sitting directly on the floor.
