About this house rental
Beautiful, custom built home finished in December, 2019.
Our family-friendly, custom build home sleeps 11 guests and includes a new pool (built in 2025), elevator, 2 master bedroom suites, multiple porches and beautifully appointed living areas.
Living Area
Enjoy watching movies on a rainy day on the 55" flat-screen TV located in the main living area. Separate seating area on main living space by fireplace for causal conversation or to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Kitchen and living space are open to each other, creating an inviting atmosphere for entertaining and family meals. Kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances (including French Door fridge with water/ice option outside, and separate Beverage fridge) and a large granite island that seats four. Additional seating for 6 located at the dining table. Also located on the main floor is a half bath and additional 2nd master bedroom and bathroom.
Bedrooms and Bath
The downstairs features a large "mudroom" space with coat hooks, bench and area to throw flip flops. Also located downstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One Master bedroom (King) with walk-in bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms (4 bunk beds located in one and queen bed located in the 2nd) with Jack and Jill connecting bathroom. Laundry space is also located downstairs. Private outdoor shower located on ground level. Upstairs there is a 2nd Master bedroom (Queen and Twin) and connecting bathroom.
Extra Amenities and More Details:
Complimentary high speed internet and TV, washer/dryer, pack-n-play, highchair, beach chairs and toys are provided. An elevator offers convenient access to all floors. Private, family pool constructed in 2025 will provide endless entertainment. Secure, custom code provides keyless entry during your stay.
Parking is provided for three vehicles in a carport and two in the driveway.
Location:
Located directly across from a beach access. Access is visible from the house and just a short walk away. Enjoy views from either of the 2 back porches and marsh/intercoastal views from the front porch!
Be aware we have camera's on the outside of the property for security purposes.
Linen Fee negotiable for weekend/long weekend rentals. Please inquire if you would like to bring your own linens. Linen Fee required for weekly rentals.

Our family enjoyed a great week in this home which is nicely furnished and very kid friendly. The walk to the beach is easy and there are a lot of beach essentials for use.

Everything about your beach house was all that we could have hoped for. It was comfortable, clean, well equipped,and had a great location close to the beach. We would love to stay here again.

This is the second year staying at Taylor's Tide. It's an amazing beach property with a fantastic location. The property is well decorated and extremely clean. It's just a short walk to the closest beach access. Elevator access makes things a lot easier for packing/unpacking. The owners are fantastic at communicating and ensuring a pleasant stay during your time on vacation. This property is highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing place to stay while at Ocean Isle.
