This single level brick home is open, full of light, clean, and beautiful with new kitchen appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dresser. The second bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, as well as a queen sized premium air mattress if needed. The master bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, and a dresser. All of the beds have new mattresses. There are seating areas on the front porch and the back patio and a large backyard. A pack n play is available upon request.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just miles from downtown and 3.3 miles to the University of Tennessee. It's a great retreat for personal and corporate stays in Knoxville. Come and enjoy scenic routes to the mountains and explore the beauty of Knoxville!

Contemporary upgrades, the photo's match reality. Comfy beds, very quiet neighborhood. Only 10 minutes into the city for Big Ears, excellent stay!!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed here because of the close proximity to the Bassmaster Classic that we attended.
