About this house rental

This single level brick home is open, full of light, clean, and beautiful with new kitchen appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dresser. The second bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, as well as a queen sized premium air mattress if needed. The master bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, and a dresser. All of the beds have new mattresses. There are seating areas on the front porch and the back patio and a large backyard. A pack n play is available upon request.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just miles from downtown and 3.3 miles to the University of Tennessee. It's a great retreat for personal and corporate stays in Knoxville. Come and enjoy scenic routes to the mountains and explore the beauty of Knoxville!

We came to Knoxville for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and Julie’s place was perfect! It was clean and close to the venue and the perfect place to hang out in between games. The neighborhood was quiet and amenities were better than a hotel because we could cook healthy meals for our athlete and store snacks for the spectators!

This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I loved getting up early in the morning to see all of the birds in the backyard. The house is perfect for a family or group of friends and the location is amazing. You can go basically anywhere around campus or downtown, etc. in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

This house was perfectly and centrally located to downtown Knoxville. Safe neighborhood, plenty of amenities, and a great clean decor on the inside. We came to stay for a family wedding and the house was stocked: iron, clothes rack, hairspray, coffee, you name it. Perfect place and will definitely come back!

This property was great for our 2 families. It had plenty of space, nice yard, and everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We liked the open living, dining, kitchen space. It made it super easy to hang out together and visit. It’s located in a nice, safe neighborhood. The kids enjoyed playing outside.
