Beautiful 3 story townhome conveniently located right off I-20 with easy access to everything Atlanta has to offer! Fully furnished living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, powder room, deck, and 3 bedrooms w/ 2 full bathrooms upstairs.
5-15 minutes from downtown Atlanta, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Atlanta Botanical Garden, The Children's Museum, Centennial Park, Center for Civil and Human Rights, Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, Fox Theatre, shopping, wonderful restaurants, dining, nightlife, shopping, tons of nearby parks and amusements, 20 min from Six Flags, and so much more!
Perfect for a family stay in Atlanta, as the home has young child accommodations such as baby gates and cabinet locks installed. The master bedroom has a wonderfully comfortable queen bed and huge bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed with another twin bed trundle underneath and is a little girls dream. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bed. We've left some books and games for your amusement while at home.
This is also a great home for an adult getaway. You have just what you need in the kitchen if you choose to stay in and cook, or plenty of nearby restaurants and nightlife, as this home is very close to downtown Atl, Decatur, and most of Atlanta's amusements.
*There is a 4th bedroom on the basement level that is occupied by the house manager, who is rarely home and you most likely will not see her.*
