The Space:
Unforgettable vacation at the seaside at the picturesque village of Archontiko. Enjoy endless sunsets and swim in the numerous nearby beaches.
The house is fully equipped and consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. In the large balcony you will enjoy relaxing evening with the company of your favorite drink and the soothing sounds of the sea. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities you will need for an enjoyable and comfortable vacation such as refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tv, iron, hair dryer, air-condition, wi-fi.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located right on the beach of Archontiko, near a mini market, traditional taverns, restaurants and bars for your nightlife. Within a short distance you will also enjoy many beautiful beaches such as Almyros, Mikri Mantineia, Kalamata and the sandy beach of Santova. The international airport of Kalamata is just 15km away.
The nearby city of Kalamata is a modern city with many cultural events all year round, and features great historical interest. You will visit its medieval castle and many museums, walk through the streets of the historic center, the large park with the award-winning outdoor train museum and shop at the local stores.
- We suggest that you visit Ancient Messini (45km) and Ancient Thouria (23km) where you will experience the ancient Greek culture.
- The medieval castle town of Mystras (63km) and Sparta (66km) through a route of extraordinary natural beauty on the slopes of Taygetos.
- Excursions to the western Messinia, to Polylimnio forest with its countless lakes and waterfalls (46km), the picturesque Pylos (64km), Methoni (75km) and Koroni (64km) with their medieval castles, the infamous Voidokilia Beach (67km) and the natural reserve of Gialova (64km).
- The characteristic Maniot village of Kardamili (25km) with its medieval fortress, Stoupa (32km) with its beaches and cosmopolitan life style, the picturesque fishing villages of Agios Nikolaos (33km) and Agios Dimitrios (34km) and the natural marvel of Diros Cave (80km).

A beautifully appointed house and what a warm welcome! Our thanks and well wishes go out to George who upon our arrival most kindly helped us with all our luggage and provided us with recommendations for places to eat and the local attractions. The juice and bowl of fresh local fresh fruit was a nice touch. The entire house was well appointed and clean. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be able to return and spend more time here

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was very clean, has plenty of space for a group of 4 and is well maintained. The terrace offers a nice view to the sea. Thanks to Kallirroi and her family for their hospitality!
