Large living areas great for big family groups.Having the outdoor facilities (basketball hoop, rope climbing, acres of grass) available was a bonus.Opportunity for improvement is to add some soft furnishings, for soundproofing, so that noise doesn't carry so much inside.

It is a nice place, good location. We went to New Plymouth for holiday with 3 families together, so, this place just match our needs. There is one thing which can be improved. First, there is no wifi. I know this property is not promote with wifi, but my mobile company 2degree has no reception in this location as well. Then it came out a problem for me, but it is ok for my friend who using vodafone. I am not complaint about it, just think this is something can be improved. All the other things were good.

Great spot just out of New Plymouth, lots of space with all the facilities you need, we did take our own BBQ for outdoor cooking, we made use of an old pizza oven outside which worked a treat for our crowd cooking up there own creations, close to a great swimming hole at the nearby river.
