La posizione era comoda, l'ambiente comune spazioso, la stanza non troppo grande, ma in generale lo spazio fruibile era comodo e ampio , molto ben tenuto e arredato bene, il bagno è privato e utilizzabile solo dalla camera, il prezzo è adeguato all'ambiente.
Non ci sono aspetti che non mi sono piaciuti

Solo la zona comune, veramente carina, anche se con infiltrazioni di acqua e un po' di muffa e umidità al soffitto
Allora....porta del bagno che non si chiude bene, l'ultima rampa di scale la giudico un po' pericolosa con il gradino estremamente stretto rispetto alla pianta del piede, e scendendo col trolley non è tanto tranquillo.
Un po' di polvere nei mobili in cucina, cella freezer non proprio ok....per il resto....non ci riandrei
