Great location, very close to the metro station Avenida. Nice apartment (nothing luxurious but comfortable). The staircase is scary but manageable. A lot of space, AC worked as heating fine.
Communication with the host could have been a bit better, with clearer information about checkout. There were small bugs running around, but not too disturbing.

Bien equipado, amplio, como en las fotos.
Las escaleras son extremas pero viajamos con mi madre de 82 y las subió sin problema.

El alojamiento es más grande de lo que se ve en las fotografías. Todo estaba muy bien! El barrio es increíble donde se encuentran todas las tiendas de lujo y restaurantes preciosos. Llegas a todos lados caminando. Por dar una sugerencia, las camas y colchones de una de las habitaciones podrían mejorarse.

Somente da localização.
Apartamento sem limpeza adequada, infestado de pequenas baratas. Fizemos a reserva para 6 pessoas e o apartamento tem 2 quartos sendo 1 com cama de casal e outro com 2 de solteiros. Tivemos que dormir com colchão no chão e no sofá. A limpeza que foi feita antes do nosso check-in foi péssima, deixaram até roupas e sujeira na sala.Péssimo.
