The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table and air conditioning, also with an exit to the terrace. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of 2 rooms, each with a French bed, and another room with 2 beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin on this level.
