Ceim house, Restful rural home Gap of dunloe, Killarney

​Ciem House was the absolute highlight of our trip! Tucked away in the breathtaking Black Valley near the Gap of Dunloe, the location is truly indescribable-pictures don't do it justice. The house itself is massive, thoughtfully designed, & fully equipped with every single thing we could have possibly needed. ​Agnes was a great host, checking in to ensure we were comfortable and sharing local recommendations. She made us feel so welcome that when we went to the local pub, several locals immediately recognized us as "Agnes' guests" and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time! ​Thank you so much, Agnes! we hope to be back again soon.

Nothing, completely perfect stay

Loved the peacefulness of the location. Agnes had gone out of her way to make it cozy for us to arrive.

The long drive there in the rain from Killarney via Molls Gap. The other route via Kate Kearney cottage is faster.

Agnes est charmante et sa maison magnifique, confortable et avec des équipements de qualité. L’environnement est charmant, les routes pour y accéder sur les derniers kilometres peuvent inquieter un peu quand on arrive de nuit avec un peu de pluie mais c’est vraiment vite oublié tellement le cadre est incroyable !

This is a uniquely located accommodation inside the natural reserve of the Gap of Dunloe. We had the privilege of sleeping and waking up in the middle of nature! The host is very welcoming and the accommodation is well equipped with everything you’ll need. The best place to explore Kerry county and its natural beauty!
