Perfect family retreat.

The house was in a beautiful location, had comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to gather for meals or hanging out.

We knew it was somewhat isolated from Killarney, but it was a great jumping off point for Portmagee, Dunloe Gap, etc.

Gorgeous house, and absolutely massive! Really comfy, had everything we needed. Nice views of the mountains when the clouds lifted!

It was quite a drive to the local stores and restaurants.

Host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. All questions were answered very quickly through the booking.com app, and there wasn't a long list of chores we needed to do before we left. The house is huge, as well. We had so much space for everyone. Lots of showers and a huge hot water heater. If you end up staying here, do yourself a favor and order takeout from Real Burger in town. It was the most amazing food we had the entire trip, and we didn't even get a burger! Their spiceboxes, wings, and vegetarian / vegan options were all incredible. I recommend letting the owner choose for you.

The house had everything you could need, myself, my boyfriend and my 4 kids stayed there from the 24th Dec to the 27th Dec, we loved every minute of our stay and will 100% be back

Beautiful location. Great base to tour from. Very clean and comfortable. Upstairs bedrooms are particularly nice and spacious. Helpful host.

Comfortable beds, many toilets, peaceful, cosy living room, spacious kitchen, good Wi-fi, overall is very homey.

The communal toilet downstairs doesn’t flush properly, but easily fixed.

Location.The wiew from the house was amazing,

We arrived on Christmas Eve at lunchtime, expected to see some Christmas decorations , something small ,but there was nothing at all to make us feel like Christmas coming . Only 6 chairs in kitchen was not enough for 10 of us .The cottage has been booked for 10 people so should be 10 chairs. No extra pillows ,no extra duvets and the bedding doesn't seems fresh.

Perfect for big groups!

Big and spacious! Suited us to the ground. 9 of us in total and we all had a bed to sleep in and the facilities were great. We were given a nice welcome with some treats on the kitchen table. Owner was dead on and there was no issues what so ever. Property was spotless and looks exactly how it does in the pictures. 25 minutes outside Killarney and 10 minutes away from Killorgan.
