About this villa rental
Stunning 5 bedroom villa in one of The Algarve’s most sought after locations. Laid out over three floors in the resort of Encosta Do Lago, Quinta do Lago, next to the lake, with some of the finest restaurants within walking distance and lots for the children to do.
The lake within just a short stroll has an abundance of watersports to offer and Encosta do Lago itself has a fantastic communal pool area and tennis courts available for your use free of charge. The villa boasts a fantastic outside area, with a large swimming pool and luxury sunloungers.
On the ground floor you have the enormous main living area with two comfortable seating areas to choose from and glorious views from all windows. The patio doors take you from this room out to the pool outside dining area. Here you can enjoy the outside in living, with direct access to and from the kitchen, making it the perfect place for families to enjoy alfresco dining. From the living room you have the stunning dining room with brand new furnishing and off this room you enter the comprehensive kitchen, with all modern appliances.
On this floor you also have three bedrooms, two twin rooms and one king size, all ensuite. These rooms all have direct access out to the pool area.
On the first floor you have two further bedrooms, both king size, ensuite bedrooms, with one being able to be made to twins if required. The master suite has the most amazing terrace with luxury sunloungers where you can soak up the fantastic elevated views of Quinta do Lago.
The exterior of this villa is every bit as impressive as the interior with luxury sunloungers and a choice of dining or relaxation spots to enjoy, depending on where the sun is shining!
As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2026 - 31/10/2026 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival
