הדירה גדולה, יפה, מזמינה ומאוד נוחה. המיטות נוחות וגדולות, הנוף משגע והמיקום נהדר במרכז הכפר.
מספר דברים קטנים - מתלה שבור, דלת מקלחון לא מחוברת, הזרם במקלחת מעט חלש. אבל הכל שולי ביחס למקום המקסים הזה.

מיקום מעולה, יש מדרגות שיורדות ישר לרחוב המרכזי של דמיטצינה, כמה דק הליכה והבית נמצא ברחוב שקט, יש נוף מהמם. מאוד נח למשפחות, זרם המים לא היה מי יודע כמה אבל חוץ מזה בית יפייפה עם כל התנאים לבישול מטבח מאובזר מלא. מתאים מאוד למשפחות. וגם לזוג יכול להתאים
זרם המים היה קצת חלש
