Ambience, food and location

Bathroom was not as expected.. Driver's accomodation was horrible as per driver's feedback. Bedbugs. No blanket to them. Dint provide food ontime

Staff response and timely response was good

Food is poor, kept some time idle. Easy to get cold in monsoon weather plus all chicken items with bones only. Taste was not good. No good location for candle light dinner.

I have only positive things to say about this resort. It's a property which exceeds expectations in all fronts. 1. Staff were cordial, helpful and very knowledgeable (activities and coffee walk) 2. Food was excellent - we had booked with full board and it was worth 3. Rooms were very spacious (Terrace King) - even with an extra bed, we had so much spaced 4. Location was very good - extremely calm surroundings but at the same time has good road access; right balance for families

Firstly, it is no where mentioned that ala carte is not available and that only whatever is available for dinner buffet we will have to select from that, even for lunch the only option was thali, considering that there's not much option available nearby we had to order from the nearby resort (honeydew) our lunch. Secondly for breakfast only south Indian food is available, very minimal buffet options. Thirdly, we booked 2 rooms and both are structurally completely different. In one of the room (106) the only mirror available was a small one above the wash basin. Upon asking they provided a hand mirror, the washroom is open and attached to the cupboard without any partition! No hairdryer, not even a separate slab or glass to put the used toothbrush! I would not give it any more than a 3 star consider the tariff we paid! At almost 10k this resort stand no where close to luxury! Even the board at tge entrance was so poorly placed, it is almost faded !
