It was good time.

The apartment is really nice to be inside. It is not big but very well designed at the same time, so there was no problem with the space even with small baby. Localization is very good.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, balkon, widoki z okna . Mieszkanko małe, łóżko w sypialni dostępne z jednej strony, brakowało mi trochę w wyposażeniu kuchni drobiazgów np. małej patelni, małego garnka solniczki, pieprzniczki i takie różne pierdółki..

Klamki w drzwiach są niestabilne, wysoko zamontowany sedes(nie wiem, jak się tam dziecko wdrapie), długo czeka się na cieplą wodę-zanim zleci zimna, czasem spadki ciśnienia..

Wakacje w rozrywkowym punkcie Kołobrzegu

Wygodne mieszkanie, czyste, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, łóżka wygodne. Balkon z suszarką na pranie to plus. Z okien widok na port, diabelski młyn i sklepiki z pamiątkami. Hałaśliwa część Kołobrzegu. Jeśli ktoś chce chwili spokoju, to należy zamknąć okna. Po południu słońce ogrzewa balkon i robi się gorąco w upalne dni. Akurat w czasie naszego sierpniowego pobytu nie działała klimatyzacja i noce były trudne - otwarte okno to hałas ulicy i ptaków, zamknięte okno to zbyt gorąco, aby spać… Ze względu na dużą ilość lokatorów (budynek ma chyba 40 mieszkań), pomieszczenie na śmieci było zastawione odpadkami wszelkiego rodzaju, bo niestety nie każdy stosuje zasady segregacji - niby proste, ale widać, że nie dla każdego. Ogólnie wrażenia mieszkania w tym miejscu są dobre, ale w lecie raczej wybierzemy inną lokalizację. Koszt za tydzień dla dwóch osób to około 3000 zł, dopłaciliśmy jeszcze 400 zł za dodatkową osobę.

Świetna lokalizacja, sprzyjająca codziennym spacerom brzegiem morza. Relaks i wyciszenie gwarantowane zwłaszcza kiedy można wrócić do wygodnego i dobrze wyposażonego apartamentu.

Fantastyczny wypoczynek Noworoczny.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja w porcie, blisko molo, promenada. Parking płatny dostępny przy kościele bardzo blisko. .Restauracje z pysznymi rybkami, wędzarnia ryb, pyszne pączki, pamiątki, jubiler... wszystko obok apartamentu. Apartament świetnie wyposażony. Gorąco polecam.

Der Aufenthalt war dennoch Erlebnisreich und eine Erfahrung. Es hat dennoch Spaß gemacht und die Lage, dass der Strand k

Die Unterkunft sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr Modern aus. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, man ist innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten am Strand. Im Umkreis befinden sich zahlreiche leckere Restaurants. Der Hafen mit verschiedenen Schiffen laden zu einer kleinen Schifffahrt ein, auch eine Stadtrundfahrt mit verschiedenen Fahrzeugen wird angeboten. Vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Souvenirläden. Die Gastgeberin ist über WhatsApp erreichbar und antwortet innerhalb weniger Minuten auf die gestellten fragen oder auf das anliegen. Das Haus in der sich die Wohnung befindet hat einen Fahrstuhl, was natürlich das schwere Koffer schleppen sehr entgegen wirkte!

Durch die zentrale Lage war es leider schon sehr früh sehr laut. Das Bett ist leider sehr klein und weich. Ich schätze es war ein 120 x 200 cm Bett. Für ein schmales Pärchen oder Freunde die gern kuscheln kein Problem, wir haben uns jedoch dazu entschieden das Sofa noch zusätzlich auszuziehen. Unsere Koffer konnten wir leider nicht wie vorgenommen ausräumen, da die Schränke von innen leider nicht sauber waren. Es lagen Kekskrümel, Staub und zahlreiche Haare in den Schränken. Trotz schönen Frühlingswetter war die Heizung im Bad an, demzufolge war es sehr warm, die Heizung hatte auch keinen Regler, sodass man diese nicht einfach selbstständig abdrehen konnte. Die Parkplatz - Situation ist eine Katastrophe. Parkplätze direkt in der Nähe kosten und das nicht wenig!
