Loukas Farm House

We are family with young and teenage children. The house was perfect for us. Spacious, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroosm, separate living and eating place. Fully equipped kitchen. Fully stocked fridge (thank you Dimitri). Fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden, eggs from his chickens, bread, waters, and even some local wine. Wow! Gated parking, plenty of space for the kids to play, bikes to use. Location is better than staying in the small villages by the sea. It's quiet, just off the main road, and close to 2 bakeries, and a few supermarkets. We rode the bikes each morning to the bakery to get fresh pitas and coffee. Washer and dryer and great wifi. Best beaches for families are on the south side of the island. Easy to drive there and explore. We spent most of our days at St. Nicholas beach. Beautiful sand, water sports, and a shallow slope into the water for the children. Book this place and your stay in Zakynthos will be that much better! Host is very responsive, helpful, and loves guests.

Alloggio veramente bello,: una casa ampia, luminosa, ben attrezzata con giardino e barbecue prontio all'utilizzo.. Tutto tenuto alla perfezione e a nostra disposizione. Host simpatico, gentile, disponibile e solare.

The property is fabulous. Perfectly taken care of and quiet. Dimitris and Anna have taken hospitality to a new level. Unrivaled!

There is absolutely nothing not to like.

the house was perfect, Mr. Dimitris and Maria very helpful and a lot of good staff in the fridge, very quiet location at the middle of the island , everything is close 15 to 30 minute

The smell of the water , but it is something that does not have to do with house but the island !!!
