Fresh, clean, modern with good kitchen, bathroom facilities. Good air conditioning & Smart TV. We were met by a helpful host who replied to WhatsApp messages for advice whilst in Seville which was helpful too. Apartment is in a very good location.
I chose the apartment after using the filter for pool & balcony. However, it wasn’t a proper balcony but a Juliet window which only overlooks an inner courtyard. No proper window in bedroom either which made the room feel quite enclosed & uncomfortable. Also found out the day before travelling that the pool wouldn’t be available until later in May. The rooftop area was locked so even though the pool wasn’t to be used, it wasn’t possible to go up for the view or to relax.

La situation est top
La personne qui nous a ouvert était très claire et top
L’appartement est bien décoré
La salle de bain est de bonne taille
La literie est terrible pour 3 jours (matelas ou oreillers)
L’immeuble est très bruyant. Ce n’est pas un pb si vous n’avez pas le sommeil léger
Je n’avais pas vu que la piscine n’ouvrait que le 15/05. Il faisait 30 degrés. Dommage
$$$$
