Its location and size of room very spacious
The wifi not too easy to connect. Need to phone reception to get password. Improvement: to put wifi connection details in room

The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Excellent customer service - they even left us a San Sebastián cake and helped with the best iskender we’ve ever had. It was such a special stay
There were slight issues with the toilet but that was the only thing!

Location is good and room was facing to the Main Street so it was nice to see outside.
It’s a very old hotel so definitely needs some upgrades. For the price, i would expect better quality.

View was not same as mentioned in special request.
Bed was not king size . it was single and connected with another single bed and not comfortable.
