Heizung hätte etwas länger laufen-(Silvesternacht)zieht bissl an den großen Fenstern-sonst waren wir zufrieden

The location is really nice, lots of space, kitchen very well equipped, good parking, easy to collect the keys thanks to key safe, the host was very responsive.

The overall good impression was somehow deteriorated with the place not being clean: mold and dirt in bathroom corners, sand on the couch, cobwebs everywhere, dirty windows. A pity because the place is nice; it just gets worn very quickly as it's not well maintained. Window mosquito net in the bedroom was torn and therefore useless. Also the heating system was temperamental (didn't work during the night but would turn back on in the morning). Be aware of the unstable Internet connection which seems to be often the case in Rügen.
