The duplex apartment in Bakenberg in the north of the island of Rügen is about 75 square meters in size and suitable for up to 6 people. In style it corresponds to a series-end house with sun terrace. The apartment Bakenberg is comfortable and tasteful furnishings. It corresponds to the level of equipment of 4 stars after classification of the DTV. On the ground floor of the duplex apartment there is a spacious living-dining room, the kitchen, the hallway with wardrobes and guest toilet. In the living room there is a large electric fireplace, which provides in the late evening or in winter for the appropriate atmosphere. A large flat screen television with satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo with CD and cassette player are available, as board games, a DVD collection and a wide selection of literature.   The apartment on Ruegen course has a separate entrance from the outside and a terrace on the sunny side with garden furniture and barbecue.   Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the daylight bathroom with bathtub. In the living room is the new corner sofa, which can be expanded as an extra bed to a double bed.   At the large dining table with the additional seat is enough room for many people, especially when two couples sharing the apartment. The kitchen is among others equipped with dishwasher, Cernkochfeld, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine (Tassimo), microwave, electric grill and of course a wealth of accessories, and more than sufficient crockery and cutlery. The corridor has a heated locker with Schuhablage-, luggage compartment and additional cupboard space, on the ground floor if the extra bed is also used. From this corridor in the entrance area leads also to the guest bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, towel heater, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. The bedrooms have double beds or twin beds, but also can be pushed together if required. The apartment is only awarded to Non smoking. In the immediate vicinity there is a swimming pool with children's pool, a sauna, a steam room and jacuzzi. The use of these services is included in the price. In summer, free child care is offered.

The apartment is located in the holiday Rugana, abeam of the famous Cape Arkona, the northernmost peninsula of Ruegen, in Wittow, where the sun shines, according to statistics in Germany most frequently.   The village consists of small hamlets (groups of houses) that all look in your kind of structure and color by the woodwork, doors, windows and shutters different. The gardener team has (440. 000 sqm Terrain) a lot of effort and at installation of green areas, so the resort will appear in every season in a different colors.   Swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, bike rental, mini golf, volleyball, football and playground, petting zoo, child care (in season), bakers and restaurants (seasonal) belong to the village. Likewise, the Swin-conditioning (Famiengolf) and the large new playground equipment. Our guests are welcome to pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, children's pool and kindergarden (seasonal) to share free. Admission is included in the price.   The entire spa department (swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool) is from 1. Nov. to 24. Dec. closed for maintenance. The restoration is closed from November to early April. Exception: 28. 12.-2. 1.

For the main season 2019 it will be available with a newly designed reception, swimming pool, sauna, restaurant and bakery.

From 05. November 2018 to 27. June 2019, the comprehensive renovation of the existing infrastructure will take place.

During this time the swimming pool and sauna area, the reception, the restaurant, the village shop / bakery and the children's house, the petting zoo and the swing golf course are not available.

The area of the apartments in the individual hamlets is not affected by the construction. Due to the distances and the spaciousness of the village there will be nothing to be felt from the renovations.
