New, clean sunny and bright. Had everything we needed. Good communication with hosts.
Coming from the USA we didn’t realize that although we booked and paid for a 4 bedroom house for 2 people, that all the beds except the main bedroom would be stripped to prevent us using the other rooms. Only one towel each too.

The vibe and comfort factor of the house is exceptional. It feels like a home as opposed to an accommodation. I would highly recommend this property for your visit to Wanaka. It is very well equipped and superbly clean. It even has a coffee pod machine!
There was no aspects of the property that we didn't find to our liking.

Modern, clean, sunny and spacious house located in a pleasant suburb within walking distance of the town centre. Plenty of off-street parking space for 2-3 vehicles, including a large garage. Very comfortable beds and good household amenities provided. Well suited to a small group of friends (eg 2-3 couples) or a small family. We were emailed good information including key location etc a few days before arrival. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this house again.
