Location was excellent.
The microwave oven did not work.
Bathroom sink in master bedroom kept plugging up.
BBQ grill condition was awful, needs to be replaced.
Air pump for bicycles wad missing adaptor to inflate the tires on bikes, one tire was completely flat.

Fishing off the dock and using the paddle boards and kayaks screened porch was perfect

excellent location right on Rainbow River (but not right on the sometimes noisy main body-a bit off the beaten track so not nearly as busy) complete with kayaks, paddle board, tubes and noodles. wonderful screened lanai. enough indoor table seating for 6. open floor plan and split bedroom plan. walking distance to Swampy’s. short car ride to everything else. the home was very nice but dated. beds were very comfortable. house had most of what you need as far as basics - tv’s in all rooms, coffee, filters, some spices, grill and grilling tools, blender, towels, beach towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, tiny bars of soap, and small tubes of body lotion. you
do need shampoo/conditioner, suntan lotion, food, snorkel equipment. make sure to read the information book and the past guest reviews for lots of tips.
other than being a bit dated there wasn’t much to not like. the area and river are gorgeous.
