Residencia ANA Piso Zero 0

La experiencia en esta estancia fue a modo general muy buena, ubicación perfecta para moverse por la isla nosotros alquilamos un coche,vistas bonitas que se pueden apreciar desde la terraza en lo alto que podrás utilizar para ver un bonito amanecer o simplemente relajarte viendo el mar las montañas viendo las aviones salir o llegar tomando algo.Por la noche las aviones no salen y permiten bien el descanso. El apartamento dispone de todas las comodidades cocina,lavadora,cafetera,secador , frigorífico dos habitaciones baño sala estar plaza de parking para el coche. Algo muy bueno,la hospitalidad de la señora Ana y el señor Gabriel nos prepararon una deliciosa comida a la llegada que no las dejaron en la cocina para que la degustasemos cuando quisiéramos y tres días después otra sorpresa el señor Gabriel nos preparó el mejor pez espada que probamos en la isla (muchísimas gracias). No sabemos si volveremos algún día a la isla pero desde luego si volvemos nos quedaremos en este lugar Residencial Ana. Gracias.

Жилье расположено на первом этаже (цокольном), из окон спален видна стена. Парковка для авто возле жилья. Хозяева приготовили макароны по флотски к приезду, очень вкусно. В холдильнике было пиво, сок, молоко. Чай , соль, кофе, сахар, перец все было. Нам самолеты не мешали, а радовали. В аппартаментах довольно тихо. Хороший выезд на трассу, рядом есть маленький магазинчик, бар.

Немного мешал кондиционер установленный на смежной стене с хозяевавми (у них это веранда, у нас столовая). Это вечером и где то час-два. Ночью тихо.

O Sr. João e a D. Ana são de uma simpatia e atenção excecional. Foi uma reserva de última hora e que sorte tiveram os meus pais. Minutos depois de ter finalizado a reserva, o Sr. João ligou-me para saber a que horas os meus pais chegariam à Madeira e se precisavam de boleia do aeroporto até a casa. O Sr. João e a D. Ana têm o cuidado de preparar um prato ou lanche para os hóspedes, conforme a hora de chegada. Recomendo a 100% esta residência. É, certamente, para repetir.

Owners were interested in helping and solving the problems.

It’s far from clean. Moist and mouldy. Towels were smelling of moisture. Saw some spider webs that there were for sure before we arrived. The welcome food was a nice touch but nobody asked us if we eat meat or not. There were wine that we didn’t want to drink on that evening when we arrived but it was taken away when we told that we won’t drink it that evening. There were problems with hot water in the shower. It wasn’t enough to go in the shower if someone was there before. And owner is smoking next to the door and if the windows are open, smoke comes in the kitchen. And his mobile phone is ringing very loudly also in the nighttime.
