Peace and general location. The apartment has all you need.
Finding the apartment was difficult. It's in Wings. Don't go up the hill and listen to Google as the apartment is at the bottom of hill. My friend took the bedroom and I took the sofa bed. However, I couldn't get the sofa bed out and there were no appropriate bedding for it. I just slept on the sofa. Not a problem, however.
