About this house rental
No expense was spared on this stunning renovation designed by Andrea Westwater of Argent Interiors! Just completed February 15 2020. All new top quality fixtures, flooring, appliances, counter tops, furnishings and more were selected for this project, which took 1 year to complete. The home is conveniently located near many great restaurants, golf courses, shopping and local attractions. There are more then 10 restaurants and bars, an LA Fitness, Star Bucks, Walgreens and various salons within walking distance. Also you are just steps away from the famous Scottsdale Greenbelt multi use walking/biking scenic trail. Other popular attractions within a few miles are Talking Stick Casino, Butterfly Wonderland, Top Golf, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Westworld, and Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, home of Az Diamondbacks spring training

Master and front guest room both have king beds. Third bedroom has two twins that can be converted to a king.
Kitchen and dining area: Kitchen is equipped with a built in Thermnador fridge, 36" Bertazzoni induction range with 5 burners, Bosch super quiet dishwasher, a Sharp slide out microwave, top of the line knives and silverware, premium non stick cookware, restaurant quality dishes, platters and serving trays. There is also the following Calphalon electric appliances: crock pot, blender, and food processor. For coffee lovers there is a Keurig and a traditional Braun coffee maker. The custom cabinets in the kitchen have more space and storage then you will ever need. Also in the kitchen is the island with three bar stools and a small writing desk.
Dining area has a large banquette with a custom made table and custom upholstered seating for 8.
Next to the dining area is a wet bar equipped with a beverage/wine fridge. The bar is stocked with ample wine glasses and cocktail glasses.
In the living room there is a 65" smart TV with cox cable, a very comfortable sofa sectional from Arhaus Furniture, a leather side chair, and a fireplace. The living room opens up to the patio with a Panoramic folding door for a great indoor/outdoor living experience!
Upstairs, before you enter the master bedroom, there is a work area with a 48" desk and also a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer.
The master suite has a custom tiled bathroom and shower with a large double vanity, a large walk in closets with plenty of drawers, shelves and hanging space. The best feature of the master is the private terrace with outdoor seating and mountain views!
The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both have ample closet space and open up to outdoor patios.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Clean, remodeled and nice and had everything that we needed and communication was great. Very nice neighborhood. One minute walk to the lake with walking path and 15 minutes to bunch of restaurants. We are local so if we ever need another rental property this will be our first choice.

We will return to this wonderful house. We had a great time in Mike's house in Scottsdale for 6 nights in December 2020.The house is fresh, open, with fine finishes and appliances, great BBQ, fire pit with lovely seating area, proper sound system, very large excellent TVs, comfortable beds, absolutely excellent bathrooms, every pot, pan, utensil you could wish (we used most of them for 4 adults in COVID TIMES), and even an air fryer. The space is beautifully planned and furnished. It should be on HOUZZ.The location was perfect for us. It is very quiet and also close to the the walking/ biking path (2 bikes in the garage for guest use) and heated community pool. Easy to go to golf, restaurants, grocery and Fashion Square. At this time of the year, December, there are thousands of birds (geese, egrets, ducks, mud hens, more) in the lakes nearby. Bring your binoculars for close up looks.Mike, thank you.
