der tolle Ausblick auf den Bodden, die Lage und die Nähe der Stadt, mit guter Gastronomie und tollem Bäcker für das Frühstück (Kröger) gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

der Aufstieg in die Wohnung 31 Stufen läßt sich leider nicht vermeiden für Leute mit Gehbehinderung sehr mühsam

einzigartiger Blick aus dem Fenster, 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Bh, sehr Ruhig (insbesondere in der Nacht), Fischrestaurant gegenüber, Damgarten (andere Stadtteil) ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 30 Min)

schöne moderne whg direkt am bodden. alles war sehr sauber.

leider gab es keinen geschirrspüler. das wlan wird über einen wlan-repeater im treppenhaus bereitgestellt. für homeoffice mit teams etc. ist es nur bedingt geeignet. leider waren die matratzen sehr sehr weich. meine frau ist aufs sofa ausgewichen und ich habe ganz an der kante geschlafen. das war wirklich schade.
