Einfaches solides Haus in toller Lage.
Das Haus steht in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Da es etwas abseits vom Ortskern steht, verbringt man dort einen sehr entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub. In jeder Etage ist ein Sanitärbereich. Die rustikale Einrichtung ist ideal wenn Kinder dabei sind.
Der Wohnbereich in der unteren Etage hatte einen alten und zum Teil auch fleckigen Ziegelsteinfußboden. Die Vorhänge zur Terrassentür und zum Flur benötigen unbedingt mal wieder eine Reinigung und Reparatur. Die Deco und nicht mehr genutzte Dinge (Lautsprecher, Kabel, Zeitungen) sollten auf Notwendigkeit geprüft werden. Der Fahrradraum ist für 4 Wohneinheiten sehr eng.
