Die Terrassenmöbel waren teils defekt und es gab nicht für alle Stühle Aufleger. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war unbequem und durchgesessen. Im Bad fehlen Haken für Handtücher. An einem Bett gab es keine Nachttischlampe. Die Matratzen waren teils auch unbequem und man spürte die Federkerne .
