Logement fonctionnel, à quelques minutes à pied des 4 criques de Cala San Vicenc. Espace piscine très agréable et très propre. Stationnement sans problème dans la rue en juin.
Balcon un peu juste pour 2 avec le séchoir.

Appartement très bien placé, vue piscine, confortable proche des criques et des beaux villages à visiter( Alcudia, Pollença) Système de clefs très pratique car nous arrivions tard . Bon rapport qualité-prix Je recommande.

La ubicación y la zona común de piscina
Apartamento en general muy deteriorado...sobre todo el baño y cocina americana.. El aire acondicionado estaba capado y solo funcionaba 3 horas Apx al día y con un calor infernal.... ésto no lo avisan y te condicionan por completo la estancia.... Pagaría algo más por otros pero aquí no volvería... Ningún personal atiende....nadie responsable por las instalaciones....se cuela gente de la calle en la piscina... Un poco desastroso.
