The location is amazing, I had a 3 floor room with a great view of the CATS light rail.
Room service was a bit spotty I had to remind the front desk about my room after almost 3 weeks of being a guest, but in all fairness they were short staffed. So I made due.

The staff are amazing.
My room wasn't swept nor did I have towels to dry off with. They give you floor mats as towels. The kids running all day and night. The dogs don't ever be on leashes and collars.
