I absolutely loved that Elizabeth and her staff overdeliver at every opportunity. Not only is the property a of art itself, the property, the vibe, the hospitality is second to none. I did my research before I went, and while I was there, I checked on many other properties and I can truthfully say I was so glad I chose Casa Del Sol.
There is nothing that I can include in the category of dislikes about this property, lol. The vibe was a total joy.

Totally comfortable. The room was great, as was the whole place. We spent quite a bit of time in and around the pool, and managed a drink at the bar every afternoon. Breakfasts were excellent, even without the cooked item, which changed every day. Best of all there was an espresso machine! All the staff were kind and helpful. We had good conversations with other guests over drinks. We loved the place.

Clean, comfortable, friendly place surrounded by lots of art but not pretentious. Located only minutes from the central plaza. My only regret is staying only one night.

I felt like I was invited into a large welcoming home that was full of art and beauty and with folks around supporting my stay. It’s so much more than a hotel. There are community gathering events like movie nights and language hour, there is excellent food and a bar and art gatherings as intro to art displayed in the gathering room. Elizabeth, the owner, calls Casa del Sol a labor of love and I felt that in the space and the beauty in its creation.
