Lots of designer touches and high end upgrades throughout to include a Cook's Kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, recessed lighting and molding as well as remote controlled fans and 49-65" 4 K TV's in every room. Kitschy beach themed bedrooms and an all new coastal furniture package invite you to relax and refresh.
Enjoy staying only 2 blocks from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the community pool is conveniently located right across the street. At Crew Rest you are within walking distance to the Destin Commons and local restaurants. This home comes with 2 parking spaces.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. On every vacation we do a walk through to find broke things to report to the manager. THERE WAS NOTHING BROKEN. The house was super clean, and very close to the beach. I would stay in this rental again, I absolutely loved it.

This was the perfect home for me &my husband, our two kids, and my parents. The house is a short five minute walk from the beach, and has a shared community pool.

The house was very clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to the beach. The only downfall, was the dryer didn't work well. We had to keep redrying our laundry multiple times. Otherwise, everhthing else worked just fine. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we will be back!
