Husets läge är kanon och det är enbart några minuters gång till stranden i St. Clair, vilket är en riktigt bra strand. Det finns även flera restauranger i närheten. Luftkonditionering i de två sovrummen på ovanvåningen är guldvärda.
Sovrummet på nedre plan luktar väldigt mycket källare och det finns ingen naturlig ingång från huset så man måste gå ut i trädgården för att nå övriga huset. Trädgården är väldigt stor men inte så mysig, sittdelarna är i behov av lite uppdatering.

La location de la maison est exceptionnelle (il faut néanmoins accepter la circulation routière). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue mer, le jardin, la terrasse ombragée, les espaces ensoleillés, mais aussi la climatisation et le lave linge. Nous avons fait toutes nos sorties au Lavandou à pied. Le contact avec le propriétaire est fluide; le retrait des clés facile.
Le bruit des voitures (compensé par la plage parfaite au pied de la maison).
