I loved the place sooo much. Small agriturismo farm in Calabria, few rooms on premises- special attention from owners directly. Antonio and his wife made our stay in their farm so nice and warm ❤️

Nothing. On the weekend owners hosted some local celebrations, which made the stay even more interesting- having the chance to immerse into local experience

Це було чудово!! Особливо коли після цього ми заїхали в брудний готель, тоді цей ми згадували ще більше з радістю. Чудове місце, дууже смачно ми брали обід і вечерю в різні дні, єдиний мінус як на мене, що не можна взяти одне меню на двох людей, два меню це надзвичайно багато їжі для нас. Також хочеться виділити апельсинове варення це було дуже смачно, дякуємо. Чисто сучасно і приємно для ока, ми б з радістю повернулись ще

Душ верхній протікав при виконанні шлангового, тобто голову доводились мити завжди, а також туалетне сидіння було не зовсім зафіксоване що викликали незначні незручності

The property and the grounds were wonderful! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with A/C.

The rooms lacked some basic amenities (water). Upon arrival and throughout our stay here the staff were not very welcoming/attentive in anyway. Although the hotel and the property were beautiful, the staff did not make any effort to make us feel welcome. You can tell this property is newly built and a lot of thought went into it but I fear the staff hired to work here act like they don’t really care to be working. Breakfast was incredibly limiting and we ended up getting charged an additional 20 euros to add an extra glass of juice and another coffee to our breakfast. I think it would be helpful for the bnb to send a note to guests staying there that they should make a reservation for dinner because dinner was not available when we stayed here and they required advanced notice if we wanted to eat there otherwise their restaurant was closed

Immaculately clean room, attractive pool area and alfresco dining area. Lovely views down the hillside ro the town in the valley below. Accommodation building is freshly decorated and functional.

Arrived just after 15.00hrs but told we'd need to speak to the one & only member of staff who speaks English. After a few minutes she arrived but said we'd have to wait until 16.00 to check in and ,although we could see the restaurant, garden and pool through the gate, we weren't invited in or offered a drink, despite it being 28 degrees! So went for a walk locally. We checked in at 1600hrs and were told it's €3 PER HOUR to use the pool - Beware: this is not stated to be an 'additional charge' on Booking.com :-( Also told that the breakfast is a croissant with tea or coffee and, if one would like pastries, fruit or anything else it's at extra cost. Enquired about dining in their restaurant (as there aren't any restaurants nearby so it would have involved a drive back down the steep, rutted hillside) to be told we'd need to complete a pre-order form and hand it in by 17.30! Pre-order form is in Italian only (so thank goodness for Google translate). Set menu is €25pp or there are a la carte options. Attempted to sit by the pool for a short while at 17.00 hrs but all the lawn-mowing, leaf-blowing and hedge-trimming going on around us completely spoilt any hope of enjoying any relaxing peace, plus it stirred up the biting mosquitoes too. Asked for a bottle of white wine - no wine list provided and told their homemade wine had run out, so were shocked to find we were charged €19 for a shop-bought bottle which is a huge mark-up by Italian standards, given that one can buy many very pleasant wines at €2 in the local supermarkets!!! When we checked out we were charged €5 tourist tax for 2 people for 1 night... disputed this as we know (from all our other hotel stays during our 2 weeks in Italy) it's only supposed to be €0.50 per person per night but he disagreed.
