Located in the heart of the pine forest of Villaggio Nuova Temesa in Nocera Terinese, this house is the perfect retreat for those looking for a stay filled with comfort, tranquility, and nature. Only 150 meters from the beach, easily accessible by foot or bicycle, the house is ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea in total relaxation, but also for those who wish to explore the natural and historical wonders of Calabria.
The house is designed to offer a unique experience, with all modern comforts while maintaining the typical beauty of Mediterranean homes. Spacious and welcoming, it offers a master bedroom and a sofa bed for a total of 4 sleeping spots. The kitchen, both indoors and outdoors, is perfect for preparing typical Calabrian dishes or simply enjoying a sunset dinner. The outdoor shower, practical and functional, is ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Among the included amenities, you will find a TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and hairdryer, ensuring maximum comfort. Additionally, the house is equipped with mosquito nets and a security door for extra safety.
