Pros:
. Owner and staffs are friendly and helpful. They recommended guests tours and restaurants
. Excellent location: this hotel locates in a wide alley and only 3 minutes walk to the Old Town area. It is quiet at night
. Easy to go to all the attractions from the hotel
. Room is large enough and clean for a 3-star hotel.

. This hotel does not serve breakfast. However, there are many restaurants around the hotel. I prefer to eat out.

Chị và chú tiếp tân rất nhiệt tình chào đón nhóm tụi mình. Còn hay chỉ nhóm mình nhiều điểm hay để đi và ăn. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Rất hài lòng. Sẽ quay lại khi có dịp.

We spent only one night here. The room itself is clean, the hot water works for only 4 minutes maybe, enough for 1 person taking shower, then you need to wait until the water is heated up again.
The problem of this hotel is smoking being allowed inside the hotel near the elevator which means the smoke from the cigarettes goes into the room. Also the staff didn't care about vietnamese people making noise in the night, they have cameras but didn't bother to come up and ask the guests to respect the rules. Instead, I had to get up from the bed at 1am, open the door to the smoky hall and loudly ask vietnamese guys to be quite. They even pretended they didn't hear me at first. Very bad experience.
We wouldn't come back.
