Lovely home with very quiet rooms and a beautiful garden.
It gets a bit warm at night for sleeping. Fans in the room would be a big plus.

The breakfast was delicious, I’m still thinking about the whiskey porridge. The house was beautiful and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a nice little trail nearby for a run. And everyone was so friendly and hospitable

The most beautiful home we’ve staying in as a b&b! Spotless, lively garden views, large room lovely breakfast and friendly attentive host.
Theresa even helped by booking us a reservation at a local restaurant that is an easy walk.

We loved our 1 night stay at Rosebank. Rosebank is a lovely B&B and Teresa is a lovely and attentive host. The room is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The breakfast was sumptuous and catered well to our different tastes. Parking onsite is great and there is a small grocery store within walking distance. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable Lounge room in the afternoon and ate takeaway dinner in the gorgeous garden.
