Good location if you don't need to be right downtown
Good communication from host. Good location for walking into town and the train. Grocery store Norma just down the road. Location is close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be quiet. Kitchen is small but well-stocked, had everything we needed. Clear directions about key location for check-in. Apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable. Enjoy a nice wanderweg and biergarten right down the road!
Walls are thin and we had a noisy neighbor during our stay, not the host's fault but detracted. We don't recall ever staying at a place with 09:00 check-out, but it is what it is. The cleaning person showing up at 08:55 was off-putting - at least step aside and let us get our luggage down the stairwell! Recycling is supposed to be taken out, but we know that it's not supposed to be dumped on Sundays in Germany because of the noise. We weren't able to communicate that to the cleaning person, so we took it with us.
