Great stay

Very spacious apartment. Close proximity to train station and two supermarkets. Comfortable bed. They provided us with towels and linens, which was very convenient. We were able to check in extra late, very helpful owners. We stayed for 6 days and would come back to this place. We would recommend bringing shampoo/shower gel etc.

Unfortunately there was no iron. An oven and washing machine would be convenient, but it was stated that they wouldn't be there.

It has free parking, very spacious. My girls liked the beds in their rooms. Very quiet. New kitchen. Nice coffee machine.

Grande appartamento

Appartamento molto grande e pulito.Sia la zona giorno che le camere davvero molto spaziose e comode. Arredamento essenziale ma c'è tutto il necessario. Molto comodo e sicuro il parcheggio interno.

La presenza di soli due asciugamani (uno per il viso e uno per la doccia), l’assenza di canovacci o carta assorbente in cucina e la mancanza di un tappetino in bagno accanto alla vasca, utilizzabile anche come doccia.

Il proprietario controllava in maniera ossessiva la mia presenza nell’immobile. I miei genitori hanno fatto centinaia di km per venirmi a trovare ed il proprietario ha insinuato che io dormissi lì (ho prenotato per la mia famiglia ma io non pernottavo). Anche la presenza dei miei figli (anche loro non pernottavano) risultava essere un problema. Infine, vi è stato un problema con il cancello di ingresso ed anche in quel caso è stata data la colpa a me, tant’è che ho deciso di parcheggiare fuori dal parcheggio. Non mi era mai successo una cosa del genere!

Consiglio vivamente a chi ha bisogno di affitti brevi

L appartamento è davvero carino , comoda la posizione, posto auto sempre disponibile, letti comodissimi, proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Un po scomodo il cancello esterno che nel weekend era chiuso e dovevo aprire a mano.

Casa grande, ordinata, pulita, dotata di tutto quello dichiarato al momento della prenotazione. Viaggiavamo in moto ed abbiamo potuto lasciarle in ricovero sicuro.

Tout était propre . Appartement spacieux , avec parking privé , hôte disponible , arrivée tardive possible , possibilité de se restaurer à proximité ( très bon conseil de l’hôte )

Attention l’été l’appartement n’est pas climatisé , chaleur extrême dans l’appartement , 2 ventilateurs mais par 35 degrés dehors c’était largement insuffisant , nous avons très peu dormi

Ottimo Appartamento Funzionale con Parcheggio Comodo - Ideale per Gruppi

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante una trasferta per una gara e si è rivelato decisamente ottimo per le nostre esigenze. Un punto di forza indiscusso è sicuramente il parcheggio all'interno della proprietà, un grande vantaggio che ha semplificato notevolmente la nostra logistica, soprattutto viaggiando in gruppo. Anche la cucina si è dimostrata ben attrezzata, permettendoci di preparare i pasti in autonomia quando necessario. Nel complesso, l'appartamento ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre necessità pratiche e la comodità del parcheggio è stata impagabile. Sicuramente torneremo in futuro per le nostre prossime trasferte in zona.

Non è modernissimo come potrebbe sembrare dalle foto, ma assolutamente per noi non è stato un problema
