The owner extremely helpful and kind, everything was clean and well equipped.

No negative, just missing a frying pan in the kitchen. Everything else is perfect

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is very convenient. The bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach Venice city centre. The airport bus stop is also within a 5-minute walk. There is a supermarket, McDonald's, several restaurants, and Mestre town centre all within 5–10 minutes walking distance. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great transport connections and everything you need nearby.

The biggest disappointment was that there is no lift, and the hotel is located on the 5th floor. Carrying three bags up five flights of stairs on arrival was extremely difficult, and having to climb the stairs multiple times every day after sightseeing became very tiring. This was not clearly mentioned in the property description, and I believe guests should be informed in advance. Another inconvenience was the key system. There were four separate keys for four different locks: the main gate, the building entrance, the hotel entrance, and the room. It felt excessive and inconvenient to carry so many keys around all day, especially when exploring the city. A simpler access system would greatly improve the guest experience.
