We had a superb stay at Sol e Mar. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and exactly as described, making it an extremely comfortable base for our time in the West Algarve. Dario was an excellent host—friendly, helpful and responsive, with great service throughout our stay. Salema itself was a highlight: a beautiful, relatively unspoiled village with a relaxed atmosphere and a lovely beach. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring the western Algarve, with plenty of spectacular coastline, beaches, walks and sights within easy reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended.
There was a festival on the beach during our stay which was very noisy for one night only. Dario warned us about this in advance.

The location can’t be beat! Every room has a front row view of the sea! So close to restaurants and town center. We loved it!
