Phoenix IX is one of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom two Queen sized beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa Queen for sleeping up to 8.
There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool on the 7th floor with incredible views, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

The only thing was cookeare. We cook a lot instead of going out to eat. Cookware needs upgraded with a good skillet and a couple more pots and pans. Other than that it was perfect.

We had a great time. Everything was nice in the condo. Was a great stay. We didn't really need anything bit the owner was great to work with.

The location is great and the beach was wonderful. I’m not sure our condo was completely cleaned before we arrived. The master bathroom had a moldy shower and the grout on the floor was very dirty and moldy near the bath and shower. The living room had food crumbs and candy wrappers just under the couch and in a basket under one of the end tables. Shelves were dusty. The welcome email said the kitchen was “gourmet”. It was the bare minimum. We’ve stayed in many condos and beach houses and a “junk drawer” with a couple pens, scissors, etc is always nice, but there was nothing like that. Also no books, games, playing cards, etc. I agree with another review that the sheets and towels were pretty cheap. The bottom sheet would not stay on our bed. We woke up numerous times with the corners of the bottom sheet off on the corners. I will say, the ice machine was a huge plus.
