A medium-sized building has been transformed into a semi-hotel with several well-equipped studios, providing a comfortable stay. Although parking is street parking, in general, there should not be a problem finding a place to park a car, either right in front of the hotel or nearby.
For a little extra money, there are much better places in Pleven. While it's possible to walk to the city center, it's not a short walk.

The location is good. The TV is big. The Pillows were very soft .
The hygiene could be improved (the air in the room was filled with cigarette smoke, and some insects were found by us, also we found used soap from the previous person)
