Апартаментът е модерно обзаведен, много чист и топъл. Имаше налични всички удобства и логистично е на доста добро място. Чудесен е за семейства с деца.
Комуникацията е доста неясна - отне ми време и разговори с различни хора, докато намеря правилния телефон, за да се свържа със собствениците и да получа ключа.

Windows with mosquito net. Real radiators/heaters in bedroom and kitchen. 42" TV in bedroom (+ small TV in kitchen). Small old elevator available. Kitchen with dinette for 6 persons. Free parking on the street.
There are no 2 separate bedrooms. It is 1 bedroom with a wall separating the (1,60m) double bed and the two single beds. The apartment size is smaller than listed (68qm stated, measured <45qm). Building not very quiet. A/C only in bedroom (no air flow to kitchen/dinette).

Quiet place ,renovated appartments, good beds and clean.
Owner is lying regarding the fact that it has 2 separated bedrooms, the apartment has 1 bedroom with a separated wall without doors(this ruined our whole holiday). I booked an apartment with 2 SEPARATE bedrooms, NOT one bedroom separated by a wall without door and without any privacy between these "2" rooms.
The bathroom boiler was leaking but we had hot water.
On booking page it says the hosts accepts card as payment but she is accepting only cash. (lie #2)
Building is very very very old and looks very bad, the apartment instead is renovated.
We only stayed because we were tired and did not have a quick alternative. Except saying sorry the host did not proposed anything to fix this issue and make our stay as it was described on booking page.
The address on booking is not correct, we got a new address by SMS in the very last moment. I had to call and wait for owner for like 20-25 mins to arrive and send new instructions with new location, the person who arrived did not speak any english or russian so we had to call owner again regarding other problems.
Simple avoid if you don't want to ruin your stay, simple as that. Booking team should either edit the page of this property or remove it completely because host lied regarding the rooms.
