A casa tem uma localização excelente, o rio fica a poucos metros de casa, e esta inserida no meio da montanha, respira-se uma paz e sossego espetacular. o anfitrião muito accessível , fomos bem atendidos. Tem comercio relativamente perto, restaurantes também muito bons.
Alguns equipamentos de casa devem ser renovados , tipo o sistema da duche da casa de banho do piso inferior não funciona bem, a torneira da mesma wc deve ser substituída.
